摘    要:文章建立了内燃机活塞裙部混合润滑数学模型,建模时综合考虑了活塞裙部外形轮廓、表面波度和粗糙度、活塞裙部和缸套的热变形和弹性变形以及裙部润滑摩擦状况等因素,分析了工作状态下热、弹性变形对活塞二阶运动轨迹、最小油膜厚度以及摩擦力的影响.结果表明相对于冷态,工作状态下活塞二阶运动幅度和摩擦力有所减少,而最小油膜厚度则有所增加...
