摘    要:三相短路保护的关键是快速断开,而影响速断的主要原因是大电流被断开时产生的长时间拉弧。为此,提出一种新的电力系统短路保护的方法,即通过半波傅立叶算法,求出短路电流表达式中的未知参数,进而预算出零点,然后在零点附近使断路器断开电路。并建立了基于双DSP的硬件仿真模型。

Abstract:The key of protecting electric power system is to cut the circuit quickly when short circuit happens. The main factor that blocks quickly cutting of the circuit is the long time of drawn-arc during the cutting of high-value current. Therefore,a new method is presented for the short-circuit protection. First, the unknown parameters of short-circuit current expression are gotten through the half-wave Fourier transform algorithm. Next,the time when the current value equals zero is calculated. Then the circuit breaker is made act at that time. The hardware simulation model based on dual-digital signal processor is also presented.
