| 摘 要： | 基于相似学、相似系统理论和相似工程学中的人工自然原理,文章研究了与自然生态系统相似的生态经济型虚拟企业的基本特征、生存发展战略、组织模式的类型以及成功组织模式的相似再现的集成与重组方法.研究成果为组建高效益、低消耗、无污染、可持续发展的生态经济型虚拟企业及其经营管理,提供新的理论与方法.

| Abstract: | Based on similology,similarity system theory and principles of artificial nature in similarity engineering, the ecoeconomical virtual enterprise similar to nature ecosystems is studied in regard to the essential characteristics, strategy for existence and development,types of organizational models and methodology of integration and reorganization. The present result provides a new theory and method for constructing and managing the ecoeconomical enterprise group with high benefit but low consumption and no pollution in a way of continued developing. |
