| 摘 要： | 文章面向企业整体业务流程,将计划分成主计划和车间计划2个层次。给出了主计划下订单优先级的管理方法,详细讨论了车间日计划下产品提前期的确定方法,讨论了车间生产任务的优化控制方法。并通过对订单和提前期在启发式优化算法下的求解,完成了CIMS下动态生产计划的制定。

| Abstract: | Based on the enterprise's integration business process, the production plan is divided into the master plan and the job shop plan. The preferential management method of orders in the master plan is given. And the method of determining the product lead time in the job shop plan is discussed in detail.The method for the optimization control of the job shop tasks is also discussed. The Shift Bottleneck Method is used to deal with the orders and lead time. The dynamic production plan based on the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems(CIMS) can be made with the presented method. |
