数值模拟在汽车覆盖件压延筋设计中的应用

摘    要:将数值模拟技术应用到汽车覆盖件的压延筋设计中,可以提高压延筋设计的合理性。用真实压延筋进行模拟真实度高,但模拟速度慢,用等效压延筋进行模拟方便、快速,但真实度略差。本文综合考虑两者优点,用等效压延筋模型和真实压延筋模型相结合的方法,模拟了轿车前地板排气管托梁的成形过程,对其快速合理的压延筋设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In view of the difficulty in designing a reasonable drawbead for the automobile panel,numerical simulation is applied to drawbead design so as to make the design more reasonable.The simulation result appears much true with the true drawbead but the simulation speed is slow while it is quick and convenient to simulate with the equivalent drawbead but the simulation result appears less true.In this paper,the true drawbead model and the equivalent drawbead model are combined to simulate the forming progress of the vent-pipe joist of the car ex-floor row.The simulation results provide a basis for the quick and reasonable design of the car's drawbead.
