非傍轴标量衍射理论的比较研究

摘    要:当光束束腰(或衍射孔孔径)可与波长相比拟或光束具有较大的发散角时,傍轴近似不再成立。以高斯光束的微小圆孔衍射为例,在非傍轴条件下,对衍射场的级数解、非傍轴近似解以及精确解进行了详细的数值计算和比较研究。结果表明,高斯光束经圆孔衍射的级数解、非傍轴近似解的有效性与高斯光束的束腰半径、衍射孔孔径和传播距离有关,并具有一定的互补性。

Abstract:Considering that the paraxial approximation is no longer valid for the beams with large divergence angles and small spot size comparable with the wavelength,detailed numerical calculations of the series expansion solution,non-paraxial approximation solution and exact solution of Gaussian beams diffracted at a small circular aperture are performed and compared.It is shown that the validity of the series expansion solution and non-paraxial approximation solution depends on the waist width,aperture and propagation distance and the two kinds of solution are compensated mutually.
