真空计校准的数值处理及误差分析

摘    要:文章介绍在真空校准系统上开展的副标准真空规与工作真空规的比对校准实验,用最小二乘法对实验数据进行分段拟合,得到了理想的拟合直线及其校准系数,精度估计表明这种处理是有效的,其结果具有较高的可信度,能够满足HT-7装置运行时真空测量的精度要求。

Abstract:The vacuum gauge calibration test is made in the vacuum calibration system,and the method of comparison between the substandard gauge and the calibrated gauges is used.The experimental data is fit sectionally by the method of least squares,and ideal fitting lines and calibration coefficients are gained.Precision estimation shows that such data-processing is effective and the results have high credibility,which can meet the need of vacuum measurement for the HT-7 superconducting tokamak.
