| 摘 要： | 文章力求从城市设计的角度,通过研究商业综合体的空间形态和类型表现,探讨商业综合体与城市的协调互动的关系,在静态关系上尊重城市肌理与文脉以及固有的城市形态,兼具灵活性与适应性;在动态关系上,体现多样性、公共性和开放性的特点,使建筑纳入城市环境体系,在地面、空中、地下取得协调发展,成为有机的整体。

| Abstract: | From the angle of urban design,the space form and expression of commercial complexes are analyzed.Also studied is the relationship between commercial complexes and urban space.First,the city context and city form must be respected with flexibility and adaptability in the static state.Second,commercial complexes must be put into the city environment system in the dynamic state so as to achieve harmonious development on the ground,in the air or underground.Thus,the commercial complexes will have the characteristics of variety,commonality and opening and become a part of an organic whole. |
