| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新绩效评价是一项对企业技术创新行为进行监督管理的新制度,这种制度在经济发达国家已有一定的实践,但在我国尚处于起步阶段;文章利用模糊数学方法构建了企业技术创新绩效评价指标体系,阐述了企业技术创新绩效多级模糊综合评价方法,提供了一条对企业技术创新行为具体评价的新途径。

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation index system of enterprise's technological innovation is a new supervisory and managing system of enterprise's technological innovation behavior,and this system has been carried out in advanced countries,but it is in the preliminary phase in China.In the paper,the fuzzy mathematic method is used to establish the performance evaluation index system of enterprise's technological innovation,and the multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method of enterprise's technological innovation is proposed and described.This study offers a new concrete way of appraisal of the enterprise technological innovation behavior. |
