摘    要:回转水纺丝法是一种制备光滑圆整连续细丝的新技术,稳定的水层是制备连续细丝的必要条件,喷射距离直接影响Fe-Si-B合金的成丝性,随着喷射距离的增大,所得丝的形态依次为连续光滑,缩颈状,甚至球状颗粒。

Abstract:In-Rotating-Water Spinning Method is a kind of advanced technique which can produce continuous wires with round cross-section. The stable water layer is an essential condition to produce continuous wires. The ejection distance directly effects on the ability to form wires of Fe-Si -B alloy . With increasing the ejection distance,the result is from smooth continuous wires to neck wires and even spherical grains.
