| 摘 要： | 文章对现有的几种评估建筑结构抗震性能的近似方法,其中包括推覆分析、能力谱方法等,进行了深入研究,就其中若干问题进行了讨论.在此基础上,提出了对能力谱方法的进一步改进.通过一典型结构的分析实例,初步证明了文章建议的方法简便有效,在基于结构性能的抗震设计中具有潜在的实用价值.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the simplified methods for seismic response analysis of building structures. Some approximate procedures are studied, including the pushover analysis, the capacity spectrum method, etc. Some important problems are discussed, and an improvement is made on the capacity spectrum method based on the research. .With analysis of a typical structure, it is shown that the method suggested by the authors may be used in performance-based design as a simple and effective tool. |
