压电智能结构振动控制的数值模拟

摘    要:文章考虑了压电传感器/激励器的刚度和质量对系统的影响,建立了压电智能结构的有限元动力方程;采用三维八节点实体压电耦合单元,运用ANSYS参数化语言(APDL)编写了压电智能结构振动主动控制的数值模拟程序;研究了系统在干扰荷载作用下P、PD和PID控制器的控制性能,分析了不同控制情况下的系统特征参数识别,并讨论了一对压电片和多对压电片对系统的控制效果,以数值算例对理论分析进行了仿真。研究所得结论对压电智能结构振动主动控制的实践具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The effect of piezoelectric sensor/actuator stiffness and mass is considered for accuracy analysis of active vibration control of piezoelectric smart structure.Active control equations are deftved by the dynamic equation of linear elastic piezoelectric laminated structure.With the three-dimensional eight-node coupled element,the element model of piezoelectric smart structure has been developed by the use of ANSYS/APDL parameter language The performance of P,PD and PID control is also studied,and the system characteristic parameter identification is then analyzed.And then the control effect of one pair and multiple pairs of piezoelectric patch is discussed.Numerical simulations are made.The obtained results are valuable for the application of active vibration control of piezoelectric smart structure.
