| 摘 要： | 考虑车牌本身特征,以模式识别的思想对整幅图像转变至利于识别和排除干扰的特征空间,并对图像基于变换域的纹理进行车牌粗特征提取,再由投影法细定位分割。试验表明该方法准确性、鲁棒性和适应性都达到实用技术指标,尤对车牌背景复杂、干扰较多情况具有良好效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the whole image is transformed into featured space according to the features of the vehicle license plate(VLP) itself so as to facilitate the identification and self-elimination of disturbance. A filter is designed to distill the space-transform-based feature of the VLP and elaborate location is executed through the projecting method. The results show that the accuracy, robustness and adaptability of this method satisfy the technical index of application, and the presented method is especially efficient in the cases of complicated VLP background and much disturbance. |
