压电陶瓷换能器在超声波测距仪中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍了超声波测距的原理,论述了超声波测距仪的主要部件——压电陶瓷换能器的结构设计。证实将振子设计成压电陶瓷和金属片的矩形粘合片的形式,可实现与空气声阻抗良好的匹配。并当谐振频率为36kHz时,弯曲振动模式产生的超声场呈扇形,使所发射的超声波在空气中的传播效率较高,满足了仪器对检测范围、精度和灵敏度的要求。

Abstract:The principle of ultrasonic distance measurement is introduced. The piezoelectric ceramic transducer,which is the main part of the ultrasonic distance measurement device,is designed. A kind of rectangular binding structure of piezoelectric ceramic and thin metal is adopted to make the vibration element match the air acoustical impedance. As the resonance frequency is 36 kHz,the bending vibration mode can result in a sectorial ultrasonic field in which the ultrasonic transmission efficiency is good in the air. With the piezoelectric ceramic transducer,the requirement of the device in measurement scope, precision and sensitivity are satisfied.
