| 摘 要： | 文章对住宅能耗自动计费系统进行了全面地论述，分析了住宅能耗自动计费系统在城市住宅中的重要作用，论述了系统工作的单机、行业系统和网络系统的３种工作模式，指出了系统资源充分利用的途径，并讨论了系统的几种通讯方式问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an automatic counting fee system of expense in house is discussed.The importance of the system is analyzed.This paper also introduces three modes of the system work,that is single,sort,and network system,and provides the way to utilize the system resources.The way of the system communication is particularly discussed. |
