On the promotion of enterprise clean production in Anhui Province

Enterprise clean production is one of the very important means to promote sustainable development. In view of the environmental problems in Anhui Province,a systematic analysis of the five obstacles in carrying out enterprise clean production is made. A systematic controlling mechanism is put forward which consists of the concrete implementation in the enterprise,the regulation and control by the provincial government and competent department,the auditing and examination by the professional association and the supervision by the public,and it is thought that all the above measures should be carried out in concert so as to promote enterprise clean production.
