汽车随机路面输入平顺性的仿真分析

摘    要:应用ADAMS软件,建立前后悬架、轮胎、车身、转向系和人-椅系统在内的某商务车多体动力学模型。将编制的符合ADAMS轮胎模型要求的不同等级路面生成软件与ADAMS软件相结合,成功地实现了汽车随机路面输入的平顺性仿真分析。把仿真后的测量数据输入编制的平顺性评价程序,发现仿真结果与实车试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:The multi-body dynamic model of a commercial vehicle is established in which suspensions,tires,the vehicle body,the steering system and the person-chair system are considered.Through combing the road-generating program corresponding to the ADAMS UA tire model with the ADAMS software,simulation of the model under random input is carried out successfully.It is found out by inputting the test data to the post-process program that the simulation results agree well with the experiment results.
