磺酸型水性聚氨酯分散体的合成与性能

摘    要:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)为软段、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段、自制的磺酸盐N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(AAS)为亲水单体,文章采用预聚体法制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散体;分别采用FT-IR和TEM对表征WPU的结构和粒子形态进行了考察,研究了不同n(HDI)∶n(IPDI)及亲水单体质量分数对磺酸型WPU乳液性能的影响。结果表明,随着n(HDI)∶n(IPDI)的增大或AAS质量分数的增加,粒径减小但乳液黏度增加;TG曲线显示胶膜有很好的耐热性;DSC曲线表明,随着AAS用量的增加,磺酸型WPU玻璃化转变温度降低,结晶熔融温度则呈增大趋势。

Abstract:The sulfonated waterborne polyurethane(WPU) dispersions were synthesized by using the prepolymerization process,with polybutylene adipate(PBA) as soft segment,hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) as hard segment,self-made N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-amino sodium ethyl sulfonate(AAS) as hydrophilic chain extender.The chain structure and the particle size were confirmed by the analysis of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) respectively.Effects of AAS content and n(HDI) ∶ n(IPDI) on the emulsion properties of sulfonated WPU were studied.The results show that with the increase of AAS content or n(HDI) ∶ n(IPDI),the viscosity increases while the particle size decreases.The TG curve indicates that the formed film from the hybrid emulsion has high heat resistance,and the DSC thermograms show that the higher content of AAS,the lower glass transition temperature and the higher endothermic melting temperature.
