| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,城市河道更新已经成为城市更新的一个重要组成部分,并直接影响到城市的可持续发展.文章站在城市景观更新的视角,综合分析新加坡重建局为实现政府的"改善沿河环境、提升当地旅游品质、推动经济的可持续发展"目标,在新加坡河河道整治及景观更新工程中所采取的策略、设计手法,以及更新工程产生的实际综合效益,为我国当前方兴未艾的城市更新提供一个参考模式.

| Abstract: | The river course redevelopment has been regarded as a significant portion of the city redevelopment and it influences directly the sustainable development of the whole society.Based on the viewpoint of city landscape renovation,this paper comprehensively analyze the goals of Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority-to improve the riverside environment and local tourism quality and to promote the sustainable economic development.The strategic and designing approaches adopted in the river course redevelopment and landscape renovation of the Singapore River are discussed in detail.This study can be a reference model for the city redevelopment currently booming in China. |
