摘    要:文章通对2种典型失效形式的低合金铸铁汽车制动鼓进行成分分析、金相检查及硬度测试,寻找失效机理形式。结果表明,制动鼓的硬质亮白点是由于成分不合理及制动时摩擦热作用引起相变等,导致制动效果差。制动鼓出现黑斑及龟裂是由于耐热疲劳性能不足而发生相变,导致制动带开裂而失效。

Abstract:Two typical brake drums were used to investigate the failure mechanism of the low-alloy iron brake drum of automobiles.The composition and metallographic analysis and hardness testing were carried out. The results show that the unsuitable composition and the phase transformation caused by frictional heat result in the hard-bright spots of the brake drum so that the braking effect is reduced. And the deficiency in heat endurance and antifatigue property leads to the phase transition,which brings about black spots and fissures.
