EPS填筑路堤的实践与研究

摘    要:EPS应用于公路桥梁工程在国内尚属首次。文章阐述了 EPS的特性及应用的背景、设计简况和细部设计 ,给出了EPS路堤设计各要素计算公式 ,同时阐述了施工工艺、质量控制方法和标准。文章还根据实际观测资料对超软弱地基上 EPS路堤沉降、变位、稳定性进行了绘图对比分析和研究。EPS填筑路堤可极大减小对地基的压力 ,其沉降、变位皆小 ,稳定性好 ,可推广应用。

Abstract:Applying the expanded poly styrol(EPS) in the highway and bridge engineering is a kind of new practice in China. In this paper, the features of EPS, the application background,the design synopsis and the detailed design for some parts are described. The calculation formula of various factors in EPS embankment design is presented, and the construction technique, the method and standard of quality control in construction practice are also discussed. With the practical observation data, the settlement, displacement and stability of the EPS embankment in over soft ground are analyzed,and the comparative drawings are given. The research results show that this application practice is very successful. The pressure on the ground can be greatly reduced by the EPS embankment, and the settlement and displacement of the EPS embankment are small and its stability is good, so the EPS embankment is worth applying and spreading.
