考虑温度自约束应力的圬工拱桥温度应力计算

摘    要:分析了拱桥拱顶截面下缘开裂的原因,指出了传统温度应力计算方法的不足,提出了既考虑温度变化引起的外约束应力又考虑截面温差不同引起的内约束应力的改进方法,并推出温度自约束应力计算公式。通过实例比较了两种方法的差别,得出温度自约束应力不容忽视的结论。

Abstract:The crack cause of arch topsection under edge is analyized, and the disadvantage of conventional temperature stress calculation method is pointed out.An improvement method is put forward considering ont only the external restraint stress caused by temperature change but also the internal restraint temperature stress resulting from section temperature difference, and a calculation formula of temperature self restraint stress is given.Example analysis shows that the temperature self restraint stress should not be overlooked.
