镀锌钢板的电阻点焊工艺参数优化

摘    要:文章针对汽车制造工业中广泛应用的电阻点焊热浸镀锌钢板工艺,在常规参数的基础上,通过实验选出一组优化参数,并考察在优化参数下连续焊接时电极寿命、焊接质量及焊接过程的稳定性;将优化参数与另一组常规参数(连续焊接时电极损耗速率、焊点外观及强度、焊接过程的稳定性)进行对比,最终得出了满意的结果。

Abstract:This paper is on the technology of resistance spot welding of hot-dipped galvanized steel plates which is widely used in the automobile industry.On the basis of a group of standardized parameters,a group of improved parameters is determined through orthogonal tests.The electrode life,weld quality and stability during the welding process are investigated under the conditions of the improved welding parameters.A comparison is made between the improved parameters and another group of standardized ones with regard to the electrode wear velocity,weld surface and strength,and stability during the continual welding.The improved parameters are found to be better than standardized ones.
