| 摘 要： | 针对传统整合服务存在的缺点以及动态商业环境下企业必须建立灵活高效的运营模式的要求,文章介绍了通过第三方整合ERP系统、E-BUSINESS、E-SERVICES的商业网络模型.理论分析与案例研究表明,参照该模型所实现的整合方案具有成本低、灵活性好及可移植性高的特点,从而很好地适应了现今企业对整合方案的需求.

| Abstract: | Considering the shortcomings of traditional integration services and the enterprises' need for flexible and effective operating mode in the dynamic business environment, a business network model is introduced, in which the integration of ERP system, E business and E services is accomplished by the third parties. The theoretical analysis and a case study show that the integration solutions based on this model have such advantages as low cost, high flexibility and independent platform, so they can well fulfill the need of enterprises. |
