聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗裂性的影响

摘    要:文章通过改变纤维的掺量进行混凝土早期收缩试验和圆环开裂试验,并对结果进行对比,从而研究聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗裂性的影响。研究表明,在混凝土中加入0.9~1.2 kg/m3纤维将减少混凝土的早期收缩和早期开裂,大大地抑制混凝土后期裂缝的发生和发展。

Abstract:In this paper,the early-shrink tests and the ring tests of concrete with different proportions of polypropylene fiber are carried out,and the results are compared to research the effect of polypropylene fiber on the crack-resistance property of concrete.The results show that the early shrinkage and crack of concrete will be reduced by incorporating fiber with its amount being 0.9~1.2 kg/m3 in the concrete,and that even the occurance and expanding of late cracking in the concrete will be restrained.
