| 摘 要： | 文章分析了科技成果转化的重要性，介绍了我国科技成果转化机制存在的不足之处；将科技成果分为公益型、农业型、工业型和实用型４类，给出了其各自的定义并在投资主体、受益主体、风险等方面进行了比较；根据其分类运用系统工程的原理设计了科技成果转化的控制论模式。
