运用AHP法对供应链中供应商的评价分析

在现时市场环境下进行供应链管理,核心企业(即制造商)必须适时的对现有供应商进行评价,以完善和提高供应链系统的能力。文章结合现时的市场环境,分别提出和确定了原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商的评价准则和评价指标,并运用AHP法分别对原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商进行了评价,进而分别建立了原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商的评价模型及评价指标体系。

Evaluation of suppliers in the supply chain with the approach of AHP

When manufacturers engage in supply chain management in present market circumstances,they must evaluate the available supplier in appropriate time in order to consummate and improve the capacity of the supply chain.In this paper,in view of the present market circumstances,the evaluation criteria and indexes of the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider are discussed and defined. Furthermore, the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider are evaluated respectively with the approach of AHP. Finally, the evaluation model,which is also called the evaluation index system,is established for the material supplier and the third-party logistics provider respectively.
