超细粉体在液相中分散稳定性的研究

摘    要:文章以纳米 Zr O2 的水悬浮液为例 ,通过粒度分布测量法和上层清液的光透过法等方法 ,研究水溶液中 Zr O2 粉体的表面特性、聚电解质分散剂的结构与数量以及悬浮液的离子浓度等对悬浮液稳定性的影响 ,提出了改善纳米 Zr O2 在水溶液中分散稳定性的几点措施。研究结果表明 ,分散剂的用量及 p H值是控制粉体悬浮液分散性和稳定性的主要参数 ,研究结果较满意。

Abstract:The Nano ZrO 2 aqueous suspension was prepared,and it was studied by means of Zeta potential measurement,sedimentation experiment,light transmission ratio index method and particle size analysis. The surface properties of nano ZrO 2 were described.The influence of structures and contents of dispersants was studied.The ionic thickness of the suspensions was also discussed.A few measures were provided in this paper to improve the dispersion and stability of the nano ZrO 2 aqueous suspension. The experimental results showed that the suspension stability was strongly influenced by the contents of dispersants and the pH value.
