| 摘 要： | 文章就目前我国公路工程造价控制与管理过程中存在的问题 ,提出了造价控制与管理的基本思路 ,指出在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,必须严格按基本建设程序办事 ,采取技术与经济相结合的手段 ,同时更新观念 ,提高认识 ,建立健全公路工程造价管理制度、法规 ,并采取有效的监督控制措施 ,以达到造价控制与管理的目的。在此基础上提出了公路工程造价控制与管理的几点构想 |

| Abstract: | Basic thoughts of cost control and management are advanced based on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of cost control and management of highway engineering in China. It is indicated that in the condition of socialist market economy, working techniques and economic measures should be combined, conceptions updated,cognition enhanced, cost management system and statute of highway engineering set up and consummated and effective supervision control measures adopted to achieve the goal of cost control and management. Finally several notions of cost control and management of highway engineering are put forward. |
