圆容栅传感器结构改进及其精度分析

摘    要:圆容栅传感器是一种角行程传感器,其动栅和定栅是平行放置的两个圆盘,实现了动栅和定栅的完全覆盖,有效避免了灰尘和潮气的入侵。文章在理论分析基础上,对圆容栅传感器结构进行了改进,探索进一步提高其测量精度的途径。与传统的直行程容栅传感器比较,不仅测量范围增大,动、定栅的相对移动灵活性增强,而且进一步增强了抗干扰能力。圆容栅传感器具有良好的应用前景和很高的推广使用价值。

Abstract:The disk capacitive transducer is an angle-travel sensor,and its stir grid and fixed grid are placed in a parallel way,so it has achieved total covering between the two grids,and the invasion of dust or humidity can be avoided.Based on theoretic analysis, some improvement in the structure of the disk capacitive transducer is made to advance its measuring precision.The factors influencing the measuring precision of the transducer are analyzed. Compared with the traditional straight-travel capacitive transducer,the disk capacitive transducer has a wider measurement range and improved flexibility of the two grids and strengthened anti-interference capability,so the disk capacitive transducer has a bright future and great value of application.
