| 摘 要： | 文章针对我国餐饮业发展中存在的主要问题,分析了餐饮企业间合作的必要性,构建了完全信息静态博弈模型、完全信息动态博弈模型以及古诺模型和斯坦克尔伯格模型,对餐饮企业间的合作博弈与非合作博弈进行了量化分析;在此基础上,得出合作是我国餐饮企业间的理性选择,也是我国餐饮业发展和餐饮企业之间竞争的导向。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems existing in Chinese food industry,the necessity of cooperation among food enterprises is discussed.The static and dynamic game models based on perfect information,the Cournot model and the Stackelberg model are established to analyze the cooperative game and non-cooperative game among food enterprises in a quantitative way.It is pointed out that the cooperation among food enterprises is a rational choice and also a direction of the development of Chinese food industry and the competition among food enterprises. |
