| 摘 要： | 文章针对传统物流规划中数学优化方法存在的不足,在分析利用可视化仿真技术进行布局的优点和虚拟环境下车间布局的优化过程的基础上,提出了一种基于可视化仿真的车间布局设计方法;利用仿真分析软件构建了生产系统的数字化仿真模型,结合设定的生产布局优化目标,通过对生产系统的仿真分析,实现了对生产系统的布局优化。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the advantages of visual simulation and the modeling process of the workshop layout,which is based on the virtual environment,a visual simulation methodology of workshop layout is introduced to overcome the disadvantages of traditional mathematic optimization methods.A model of numerical simulation is established,and an application example presented.In view of the given optimization target,the production system is simulated and analyzed,and the optimal layout scheme is obtained. |
