| 摘 要： | 基于用户需求驱动模型和模糊综合评判模型,文章建立了汽车整车品质满意度的评价指标体系和评价模型.以某型汽车作为实例,利用建立的汽车整车品质满意度模糊综合评判模型对汽车整车品质满意度进行了实际评价,评价结果能够较好地反映汽车的整车品质.

| Abstract: | Based on user demand-driven model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,an evaluation index system and an evaluation model of the quality satisfaction of whole automotive are established.Taking an actual car as an example,the evaluation of the quality satisfaction of the car is carried out by using the established system and model,and the evaluation results well reflect the quality of the car. |
