梁柱刚性连接中柱翼缘补强计算

摘    要:钢结构的框架和门式刚架节点设计中,梁与柱强轴方向的刚性连接节点常采用端板式高强螺栓连接。在H型钢普遍应用于框架柱时,当根据螺栓所承受的拉力计算出的梁端板厚度比与其连接的柱翼缘部分的厚度大时,且无法更改柱截面的情况下,柱翼缘部分的补强设计无据可依。文章建立了柱翼缘补强的分析模型,推导出补强板厚度的计算公式,并以实际工程节点算例证明公式的可行性。

Abstract:In the connection design of the steel frame and the gabled frame,the high-strength bolt with end plate connection is extensively used at the rigid joint where the beam is connected to the strong axis of the column.When H-shape is widely applied in the framed column,there is no rule for design of column flange backing in the case that the thickness of the end plate,which is given by the tension of the bolt,is larger than the thickness of the column flange which the beam is connected to,while the column section can not be changed.In the paper,the analytical model of column flange backing is established,and the formula for the thickness of the backing plate is deduced.The formula is proved practical by the connection design in an actual project.
