| 摘 要： | 文章针对单一最终产品的多级生产系统,建立了混合制造与再制造的一般批量模型;考虑了制造和再制造的多资源限制,并假设经过再制造出来的产品性能与新制造出来的产品相同,共同满足外部需求;构造了一个惩罚因子随着迭代过程变化而变化的自适应罚函数,把有能力约束的批量问题转换成无能力约束的批量问题后,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解;最后通过具体的算例来验证模型的可行性与算法的有效性,为相关企业进行生产决策提供参考.
