有机改性凹凸棒石对活性艳红的吸附动力学

摘    要:文章研究了用溴代十六烷基吡啶改性的凹凸棒石对水中活性艳红的吸附动力学,在初始质量浓度为16.7~33.3 mg/L,转速为100~200 r/min,温度298~328 K时,有机改性的凹凸棒石对艳红的吸附动力学数据符合准二级速率方程。结果表明:改性凹凸棒石对活性艳红的吸附仅在外表面吸附,吸附表观活化能为12.72 kJ/mol,说明此吸附并不是由单一的化学吸附为速率控制步骤,是由化学吸附液膜扩散共同控制的吸附过程。

Abstract:The adsorption kinetics of reactive red on organic modified palygorskite was investigated.The adsorption kinetics data were in good agreement with the psendo-second rate equation as the reactive red was in an initial concentration range of 16.7~33.3 mg/L,the agitation speed was 100~200 r/min and the experimental temperature was in the range of 298~328 K.The results show that reactive red is only adsorbed on the external surface of the organic modified palygorskite.The apparent adsorption active energy is 12.72 kJ/mol.The relatively low apparent adsortion activation energy suggests that this adsorption may involve not only chemisorption but also a physcial adsportion process,which is likely due to the combined control of chemical adsorption and film diffusion.
