摘    要:回转水纺丝法是一种制备圆形戳面光滑连续细丝的新技术.喷射速度是重要工艺参数之一.对Fe-Si-B合金,当喷射速度过小时.只的得到缩颈状丝或粉丝历位.当喷射速度与水层速度之比Vj/Vw大于1.19时,只能得到弯曲状细丝当Vj/Vw小于1.06时,得到短丝.仅当Vj/Vw在1.11—1.16之间,才能得到光滑连续细丝.

Abstract:In-Rotating-Water Spinning Method is a kind of advancd technique which canproduce smooth and continuous wires with round cross-section. The ejection velocity is one of themost hopohant parameters. For Fe-5. 05Si-2. 89B alloys, if ejection velocity is small, neckwires or spherical grains are obtained. If the vdocity rate Vj/Vw is above 1. 19, where Vj is the ejection yelocity and Vw is the tangental velocity of the water surface, wires are obtained. If thevelocity ratio Vj/Vw is below 1. 06,short ones are obtained. Only when the velocity ratio Vi/Vw isin the range from 1. 11 to 1. 16, smooth and continuous wires are obtained.
