Study on debugging methods of the welding accuracy for door assembly

This paper mainly analyzed the facets having effects on the vehicle door's assembly accuracy, and stated in detail methods for improving the body outers' assembly accuracy linked with the C door assembly debugging. The quality issues can been analyzed and controlled by integrated detecting result data of every working procedure during welding and leading in the CP value (capability index of process) concept. The debugging results indicate that it can exert good effect on improving the body outers' assembly accuracy by applying these methods and technologies.
