摘    要:制动器摩擦副的温度/应力场耦合分析计算是制动器设计的重要内容和选择摩擦副材料的重要理论依据。文章以制动中的盘式制动器为研究对象,建立了盘式制动器的有限元模型;模型考虑了制动盘和摩擦衬片间的滑动,利用非线性有限元多物理场方法,模拟了制动过程中的温度应力分布情况。

Abstract:The temperature and stress fields of the rotating disk-type brake as well as the thermal-stress coupling relationship are analyzed. The finite element model of the brake is built,in which the slide between the disk and the pad has been considered.The distribution of temperature and stress under three kinds of working conditions is simulated using the nonlinear multiphysics field FEM.The obtained results are useful to the structure design of such brakes and provide a basis for choosing the frictional materials.
