功能梯度材料研究及其在内燃机中的应用

摘    要:文章综述了功能梯度材料常用的一些研究方法,如衍射法、优化方法、变形模型及模拟模型等,介绍了功能梯度材料在内燃机零部件中应用研究情况及方法,如有限差分法、有限元法、同一场法及类比法等,提出了将功能梯度材料应用于内燃机燃烧室的设想,并对燃烧室隔热部位、温度场分析方法及功能梯度材料的制备等问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Some research methods of functionally graded materials(FGM) are summarized,such as the diffraction method,the optimization method,the transmutation model and the model of design modeling. And the status of the application of FGM in the IC engine and related research methods are also summarized,such as the finite difference method,the finite element method,the zoned-uniform method and the analogy method. Finally,some ideas about applying FGM to the burning chamber of the engine are proposed,and the heat insulation parts of the burning chamber,the temperature field analysis method and the preparation of FMG are discussed.
