淮北发电厂300 MW锅炉管道的剩余寿命评估

摘    要:电站锅炉一直是电站机组运行中事故多发设备,由于机组长时间运行,导致管材逐渐老化,其锅炉内爆管是造成锅炉停炉的主要原因.文章通过对淮北发电厂不同使用年限的锅炉高温管道进行分析,推算出管道剩余壁厚、运行时间与使用寿命的函数关系式,作为对管道寿命评估的一种简单易行的方法.结果发现,管壁温度是影响管道使用寿命的重要因素.

Abstract:Power plant boilers are one of accident-prone equipment in the power plant units,and the tube explosion is a main cause of the running stop of the boilers. The longer the power plant units are used, the worse the material of tubes gets. In this paper,the superheat tubes that have been used for different hours in Huaibei Power Plant are analyzed according to their useful life. The relationship among the tube's surplus thickness,consumed hours and useful life is deduced. The presented method is simple and feasible for estimating the boiler tube life. It is found out that the temperature of the tube is an important factor influencing the tube's life.
