摘    要:文章描述一种新型选择性输出的双离合器自动变速器的结构特点及工作原理,利用Matlab/Simu-link/SimDriveline仿真软件,建立了DCT整车系统的动力学模型,包括发动机、控制器、自动变速器、车体;在此基础上进行了DCT整车系统仿真,得到了发动机转速、汽车车速、当前挡位、离合器工作状态的实验结果;仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,表明了所建立的DCT模型的合理性和可行性。该建模与仿真方法提高了DCT传动系统设计的效率,为进一步开发DCT控制策略提供了必要的前期准备工作。

Abstract:The structural features and working principles of a new type dual-clutch transmission(DCT) of selective output are described.The whole dynamic model of automotive DCT control system is established by the simulation software Matlab/Simulink/SimDriveline,including engine,controller,automatic transmission and vehicle body.The whole system of DCT is simulated,and the engine speed,vehicle velocity,and the working conditions of gear and clutch are obtained.A good coincidence between the simulation results and the theoretical analysis indicates that the DCT model is reasonable and feasible.This modeling and simulation method improves the design efficiency of DCT dynamic system.The corresponding results provide necessary preparations for the further development of DCT control strategy.
