| 摘 要： | 文章首先对Rational统一过程以及敏捷方法中的Scrum和极限编程作了简要概述,基于能力成熟度模型集成进行了评估和比较;对三者进行结合和进化,提出了敏捷统一过程ARUP,为中小型软件企业提高软件过程能力成熟度等级提供支持。

| Abstract: | An overview of the Rational Unified Process(RUP) and agile methods including Scrum and XP is given first.Then an assessment of these methodologies is made based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration,and a new methodology,the Agile Rational Unified Process(ARUP),is proposed for small and medium-sized software enterprises.The feasibility of the ARUP is proved by a project. |
