基于灵敏度分析的车身结构优化设计

摘    要:车身是轿车的关键总成,其结构决定了整车的力学特性,对白车身进行模态分析不仅能考察车身的刚度特性,而且可以对车身结构进行灵敏度及优化分析.文章建立了某轿车白车身有限元模型,考虑了白车身覆盖件板厚对一阶弯曲和扭转模态频率的影响及灵敏度分析,基于灵敏度分析结果抽取对模态频率影响较大的部件进行优化分析,以提高白车身一阶扭转频率为目标进行优化,以增强白车身强度.

Abstract:The body is a very important assembly of an automotive, whose mechanical characteristics are largely dependent on the structure of its body. Through the modal analysis of the body in white, its stiffness can be investigated, and the sensitivity analysis of its structure can be conducted so that the structure can be optimized. In this paper the finite element model of the body frame of a certain car is established to discuss how the change of the cover panel thickness of the car body influences the first class frequencies and to make the sensitivity analysis. The sensitive panels are obtained through the sensitivity analysis. Then the optimization analysis is performed with the optimization object of increasing the first class frequency so as to enhance the strength of the body in white.
