| 摘 要： | 环境资源价值评估已成为自然资源与环境经济学的一个非常活跃且发展迅速的领域。评估环境资源价值的方法有多种,其中旅行费用法是一种比较成熟的评估技术,在资源与环境经济学中占有重要的地位,它适用于国家公园、风景名胜区及其它具有休闲娱乐功能的地方的价值评估;文章阐述了旅行费用法的理论基础,分析了TCM模型形式与特点,综述TCM研究和应用中存在的问题,探讨其发展趋势,并对我国今后进一步开展这项工作提出初步的建议。

| Abstract: | Valuing the environment and natural resources is a very active field in natural resource and environmental economics. Among the methods for valuing the environment and natural resources,the travel cost method(TCM) is a robust technique, which is suitable for the valuation of national parks, scenic spots, and other sites with the recreation use. Based on literature studies,the theoretical foundation of the TCM is summarized,the development of TCM models and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the existing problems in the study and application of the TCM and its development trends are discussed.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to promote the study and application of the TCM in China. |
