超临界流体废弃线路板回收工艺

摘    要:文章研究了以超临界CO2流体回收处理废弃印刷线路板的工艺过程,采取正交试验分析了温度、压力、反应时间和夹带剂含量等试验参数对线路板分层效果的影响,采用质谱仪对高分子黏结材料分解产物组成进行分析。结果表明,线路板分层直接原因是树脂黏结材料的分解,分层效果受温度影响较大。

Abstract:The recovery process of the discarded printed circuit board(PCB) based on supercritical carbon dioxide fluid is studied.The influence of the factors including temperature,pressure,processing time and the quantity of water on the delaminating effect of PCB scraps is analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The pyrolysis products of polymer bonding materials are investigated by Micromass GCT-MS.The research results show that the degradation of the bonding materials caused the delaminating of PCB scraps.The process temperature affects the delaminating result very much.
