摘    要:目的:探讨油橄榄叶提取物(OLE)对铅中毒小鼠肌肉组织DNA甲基化水平和抗氧化能力的影响.方法:选健康小鼠,每日灌胃醋酸铅溶液的同时灌胃不同剂量的OLE进行治疗,连续用药30d,检测肌肉组织DNA甲基化水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:与模型对照组相比,小鼠灌胃OLE后肌肉DNA甲基化水平和MDA含量降低,SOD和GSH-PX活性升高.结论:OLE对铅中毒小鼠有一定的疗效,能影响肌肉组织DNA甲基化水平和抗氧化能力,阻止铅对肌肉的毒性.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of olive leaf extract(OLE) on DNA methylation level and antioxidant capacity of the muscle in lead poisoned mice.Methods The health mice were selected,a different doses of lead acetate OLE were administrated intragastrically at daily for 30 days.The levels of DNA methylation,SOD,MDA,and GSH-PX were detected.Results Compared to model group,the levels of SOD and GSH-PX tended to be elevated,while the levels of DNA methylation and MDA seemed to be reduced in OLE groups.Conclusion OLE has significant effects on DNA methylation level and antioxidant capacity to protect the muscle from lead toxicity in mice.
