| 摘 要： | 针对车牌识别系统中参数选择的问题,提出一种基于数字图像处理的车牌定位与分割技术.采用基于数学形态学和边缘检测以及颜色相结合的方法实现了车牌定位.通过垂直投影法、模板匹配法实现了车牌字符图像的分割.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效、准确地实现车牌图像的定位与分割.

| Abstract: | To solve the parameter selection of license plate recognition system,a kind of license plate location and segmentation technology based on digital image processing is presented.It has first based on the combination of mathematical morphology and edge detection and color,then it has realized license plate character image segmentation through vertical projection method and template matching method.The experimental results show that this method can effectively and accurately realize the license plate location and segmentation. |
