摘    要:目的:研究盐酸普鲁卡因合成工艺的影响因素,探索盐酸普鲁卡因合成的最佳条件.方法:采用正交试验,考察β-二乙胺基乙醇与对硝基苯甲酸质量之比(A)、催化剂甲酸用量(与对硝基苯甲酸用量的质量百分比)(B)、反应时闻(C)三个因素对盐酸普鲁卡因产率的影响.结果:盐酸普鲁卡因合成的最佳条件为A3B2C3.结论:在此工艺条件下,盐酸普鲁卡因产率为69.74%(以β-二乙胺基乙醇的投料量计算).

Abstract:Objective The influence factors of procaine hydrochloride synthetic process were studied, and the best reaction conditions for sythesis of procaine hydrochloride were explored. Method Three factors affecting on the productivity of procaine hydrochloride: β - diethylamine - ethanol to p - nitrobenzoic acid mass ratio (A), catalyst formic acid (percentage of the amount of p- nitrobenzoic acid) (B), the reaction time(C) were investigated by applying orthogonal test. Then, the productivity of procaine hydrochloride was selected as the index to search the best reaction conditions. ResuIts The best reaction condition is A3B2C3. Conclusion In such reaction conditions' the yield of procaine hydrochloride can be reached 69.74% (Calculated according to the mass of β - diethylamine - ethanol).
