| 摘 要： | 报道了聚氧化乙烯交联３－氨基丙基混合功能基固定相在体液直接进样ＨＰＬＣ分析中的应用测定了人尿中的肌酐和尿酸流动相为００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲液／１０％甲醇，ｐＨ４８１检测波长２３５ｎｍ测定尿酸和肌酐的线性范围分别为３ｎｇ／ｍＬ—１０μｇ／ｍＬ和２ｎｇ／ｍＬ—１０μｇ／ｍＬ，精密度分别为２０％和３０％，回收率分别为９６３％和１０２０％

| Abstract: | A direct sample
injection approach for the determination of creatinine and uric acid in urine has been developed.
The chromatographic separation is carried out on a 3-aminopropyl crosslinking
polyoxyethylene mixed functional phase columm,where proteins in biological fluids are not
retained.The mobile phase consists of 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer and 10% methanol with pH 4.
81 UV detector is used at 235 nm.Uric acid and creatinine have linear response ranges of
3ng/mL-10μg/mL and 2ng/mL-10μg/mL,respectively.The recoveries of uric acid and creatinine
are 96.3%(C.V.=2.0%) and 102.0%(C.V=3.0%),respectively.The total run time is not more than 5
minutes.It is useful for clinical purpose. |
